Who are we?
Renewable Energy Service was founded in 2026 with a simple goal: make renewable energy installations reliable, safe and built to last. We're a small team of electricians, roofers and project staff working on domestic and commercial sites. We're not a call centre with a van fleet - we're tradespeople first. Our leadership team has worked on the tools, which means decisions about schedules, kit and site safety are made by people who understand what a day on-site actually involves.
What we do
We install and maintain:
- Solar PV systems - domestic and commercial rooftop and ground-mount arrays
- Battery storage - retrofit and new-build installations
- EV charge points
Our work spans everything from single-property residential jobs to larger commercial fit-outs, so no two weeks look the same.
How we look after our people
Safety comes first, always. Every installer receives full PPE, site-specific inductions, and ongoing health & safety training. We hold MCS, NICEIC, RECC and we don't cut corners to hit a deadline.
We invest in your skills. Access to funded training and certifications (e.g. working at height, first aid, manufacturer-specific product training), with clear paths to take on more responsibility as you grow with us.
Fair, transparent pay. Competitive day rates for subcontractors, and clear salary bands with regular reviews for employed staff. No surprises, no late payments.
Reliable, well-planned work. Advance notice of schedules, properly quoted jobs, and site materials ready before your team arrives - so you're not left waiting around or working with the wrong kit.

Who We're looking for
Electricians
Qualified, ideally with solar PV/battery experience (though full training is provided for the right candidate)
Roofers
Experienced in both new-build and retrofit rooftop work
Sales Consultants
Experienced in selling renewables across domestic and commercial markets
Subcontractors
Established electrical, roofing, or multi-disciplined teams looking for consistent, well-organised work
